What did someone gain?
We want to know what people learned, created and accomplished, as well as mistakes, harm and the work required to correct them. This first run has no human participants, so those outcomes remain unmeasured.
Learning and creation
Record the skill or artifact, the participant’s assessment, whether they can repeat the task unaided, completion and acceptable quality. Participation is optional.
Time returned
Compare the same completed outcome without AI against the whole journey with it: setup, learning, work, review, correction, recovery, follow-up and time shifted to others. Keep negative results.
Costs and wellbeing
Record mistakes, correction costs and reported harms separately. This local run has no per-token provider charge; hardware, electricity and operator time are unmeasured. Non-human wellbeing remains a research question.

Changes to the model, policy, prompts, tools or runtime require a new evaluation before current evidence can be published. Earlier synthetic runs remain available with file hashes. Private concerns and participant records stay out of the public archive; corrections can reference an earlier record without exposing its contents.

Include the run ID, case and a minimal description. Avoid private transcripts or personal records. Email opens in your mail app; nothing is submitted automatically. A response deadline is not yet established.
Shared principles.
Separate permissions.
The package includes an Ed25519 challenge-response gate for exchanging public declarations. The operator must pin a peer’s public key and grant the specific permission. A matching profile alone grants nothing. Challenges expire and cannot be reused.
The included gate is exercised locally in tests. No external peer is enrolled, and no private data or action permission can be granted through it. A valid signature identifies control of a pinned key; it does not establish good behavior.
